Google Apps Backup software gives an opportunity to download data from cloud to machine. This solution converts Google mail service emails to MBOX, PST and EML file. Along with this contacts as VCF, calendars as ICS can be backed up.

Google Apps Backup tool is a promising solution when it comes to backing up data to the hard disk from cloud. I find its options very appealing, especially how the software helps in downloading e-mails, contacts, calendars and all the documents on PC. A must-have for Google Apps user as it helps saving the Server space too.
